Shipping charges in the USA are $3 plus 8% of the order total. Standard Canadian shipping is a flat US$3 plus 12% of the order total. Since we are an Oregon company, no tax is ever added to your order no matter where you live. In many cases, this is like getting an extra discount! Tea club shipments are always exempt from monthly shipping charges (a HUGE savings for you!).

Most orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours of receipt. Backorders will be sent separately, but will not increase shipping charge (if any). Want us to send your order directly to a friend? You can specify a different shipping address from your billing address during checkout, for no extra charge. (Bulk/wholesale customers: shipping is free, but the minimum order size is $100.) If you need priority handling of your order, note in "shipping instructions" block at checkout, and we will contact you to confirm extra charges prior to shipping your order.

All International orders must be phoned in, and will be approved on a case by case basis.

Gift Wrapping (samples below)

You can specify that you want us to gift wrap all or any portion of your order (except Tea of the Month club shipments). You even get two choices of wrapping paper. Samples appear below.

We offer two wrapping services. You can order either or both of these services in any combination.

• The charge for gift wrapping a specific quantity of any one item is $4.00; specify this service when you add each item to your shopping cart.

• You can also request gift wrapping for any combination of items for a $6.00 fee; you may order this service on this page, immediately below.
